Ron and Debby took a break from slaving in the kitchen and watching football (I'll let you guess who was doing which) to sit out and enjoy the 80 degree day.
That actually takes more guts than you're thinking. That water is freezing. You wouldn't find me in there this time of year. Silly Washingtonians.
Question: How do you cook a turkey in Arizona?
Answer: With fire, and lots of it.

If I had to count the things in my live I'm thankful for, a hell of a lot of them are accounted for in this photo. Also, Owen took his first steps right behind Debby later in the meal. He took one step first, plopped down, stood up and took three more. I couldn't have scripted a better time for him to decide he was ready to take his first steps.

Great photos! Congratulations on the walking, Owen. It's great that Grandma and Grandpa were there to see it. I love the video of him standing, too. What a nice Thanksgiving for you all.

Jack put this up on the T.V. last night . . . we were at Megan and Zeb's to meet their baby (Zeven) yesterday and Zeb told him about an iPhone application that makes your phone a mouse . . . and a remote mouse, no less. :0) Once the computer screen was up on the TV, the phone let us scroll everywhere, click on the pictures to enlarge them all while we were sitting on the couch. We got to see all of you, almost life size, right here in the living room! Very fun, and I agree with Dad . . . there is at LEAST one picture here that Ron & Debby will probably soon have up on their mantle!! Glad to see everyone having so much fun.
